REFUNDS
Due to the nature of the digital products that we offer (Yearly Wall Panner, eBooks and PDF guides), we are unable to offer refunds once you have purchased or downloaded our products, unless specified for each individual product or service. However we want to make sure our customers are happy and our relationship is maintained, so if you are dissatisfied with any element of this site or our products, please contact us via email to discuss further.
60 Day Money Back Guarantee on classes, programs and workshops in the Makers’ Academy: All classes, programs and workshops come with a conditional 60 day money back guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied and meet the terms and conditions set forth below, you may request a refund within 60 days from date of purchase.
- You must complete at least 75% of the exercises in each class, course or workshop you have enrolled in and provide this work as proof of application
- In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 60 days of enrolment, contact us and let us know you’d like a refund by the 60th day at 11:59 AEST
- You must include your coursework with your request for a refund
- If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 60th day, you will not be granted a refund
We will NOT provide refunds more than 60 days following the date of purchase. After day 60, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.
